No Spend Challenge Tracker
Set a length from 1 to 365 days and what you normally spend a month on the things you are cutting. Answer each day clean or slip. Savings are clean days times your monthly figure divided by 30 — an estimate built from an estimate, which is what the page calls it rather than pretending it can see your bank.
Set Up Your Challenge
A clean day is a day you bought nothing you did not have to. Pick the length, say roughly what a normal month costs you, and the page keeps the count.
Day 1 is today. Every day gets one of two answers, and both of them count.

The run, day by day
One link a day.
The savings figure is arithmetic, not your bank. It is the monthly number you typed, divided by thirty, multiplied by the days you logged clean. Nothing here reads an account.
It is useful for the same reason a pedometer is: the number moves when you do. Check it against a statement at the end and keep whichever one is more honest.
One page: the two lists across the top, then every day of the run with a box for a clean day and a box for a slip. The same dialog will save it as a PDF. What is on the sheet.
