75 Medium Challenge Tracker

Six daily tasks, passed at 90%. The counter shows exactly how many days you can still afford to lose.

The pact

Seventy-five days. No links closed.

Seven missed days is the whole budget. Spend them on real life.

What the 90% rule actually buys you

Seven missed days across 75 sounds generous until you watch the budget spend itself. Most people lose three in the first fortnight to ordinary life — a late flight, a stomach bug, a wedding — and then discover the back half has to be nearly perfect. The counter above exists to make that arithmetic visible on day nine instead of day fifty.

It also settles the argument 75 Medium was invented to have. 75 Hard treats one miss as the end of everything, which is why so few finish. 75 Soft removes the penalty, which is why some runs quietly dissolve. A compliance budget keeps a real cost on a missed day without letting one bad Tuesday erase two good months.

The questions

Frequently asked questions

What are the 75 Medium challenge rules?
The common ruleset is: one 45-minute workout a day, your chosen diet followed with 90% compliance, a gallon of water, 10 pages read, a daily progress photo, and seven or more hours in bed. It runs 75 days.
What is the 90% rule?
75 Medium is passed on compliance rather than perfection: complete roughly 68 of the 75 days and the challenge counts as finished. This tracker turns that into a live number so you always know how many misses are left.
How is 75 Medium different from 75 Hard and 75 Soft?
75 Hard demands six tasks with a full restart on any miss. 75 Soft cuts to four tasks with a weekly rest day and no restart. 75 Medium keeps the six-task weight of Hard but replaces the restart with a 90% pass mark — the hardest of the three that still forgives a bad week.
Can I choose my own diet?
Yes. 75 Medium deliberately leaves the diet to you — keto, vegan, macro counting, or simply no junk. You pick it at the start, name it, and hold it to 90%.
What happens when I run out of allowed misses?
The tracker switches the counter to zero and tells you every remaining day has to land. Nothing is deleted — you can see exactly which days went and decide whether to restart clean.
