The 75-day hard challenge

75 days.
Miss one,
start over.

Five real tasks, every day, for 75 days. Complete them all before midnight or the run resets to Day 1. No streak freezes. No editing yesterday. Do it alone — or put your name in front of witnesses.

Midnight doesn't negotiate.

Your day ends at midnight, done or not done. Miss one task and tomorrow starts at Day 1 — no repair, no freeze, no editing what you already lived.

The five tasks

Five things. Every single day.

The same five tasks, all 75 days. None of them is hard on its own. Doing all of them, without a single skipped day, is the challenge.

TASK 1

One workout

45 minutes, any type. Every day, no matter what.

TASK 2

Follow your diet

You set the rules. No cheat meals, no negotiating.

TASK 3

Drink your water

A gallon a day, tracked as you go.

TASK 4

Read 10 pages

A real book. No audiobooks, no shortcuts.

TASK 5

Take a progress photo

A daily selfie that stays on your phone. Never uploaded.

THE RULE

Miss one — restart.

Skip any task, any day, and the counter goes back to Day 1. In Hard mode there are no exceptions.

The 75 Day ‘next pact’ picker: choose a length of 14, 30, 45 or 75 days, a Classic or Ascent track, and Hard, Soft or Custom difficulty, then Start Day 1.
Choose your pact

Pick the length. It locks at Day 1.

Not ready for 75? Start smaller and earn your way up. The pact you choose is fixed the moment you begin — no shrinking the finish line when it gets hard.

  • 14 · 30 · 45 · 75. Four lengths, from The Reset to The Full.
  • Hard, Soft or Custom. Set how unforgiving a miss should be.
  • Locks on Day 1. The terms are the terms until you finish.
75 Day ‘Who's watching?’ screen: choose a partner, a squad entered with an invite code, or Ghost mode where it's just you and the record.
Pick your witnesses

People who are watched finish.

Decide who sees your pact. Run it as a Ghost, link a single partner, or bring in a whole squad. The more eyes on your run, the fewer excuses survive.

  • Partner · Linked Fate. Their missed day restarts you too.
  • Squads & seasons. A crew, or a cohort of strangers on the same pact.
  • Ghost mode. Just you and the record — add witnesses any time.
A 75 Day squad room called Iron Circle: days banked together, days logged this week, and a ledger showing who finished each day, verified workouts, and who restarted.
The ledger

Automatic. Nobody curates their story.

Inside a squad, every finished day and every restart lands in a shared ledger the moment it happens. No highlight reels, no editing — just what actually got done.

  • Live standing. See who's still up today at a glance.
  • Verified days. Real workouts, logged and marked as done.
  • Restarts show too. The comeback is part of the record.

The 75 Day record screen: best run, days banked, pacts completed, comebacks and edges done — with a note that days banked never reset, even through restarts.
The record

Days banked never reset.

A restart sends your run back to Day 1 — but not your history. Every day you've ever completed stays banked. Your best run, your comebacks, your edges cleared: the receipts are permanent, and Day 75 has a card worth sharing.

Straight answers

The honest FAQ.

It is a 75-day test of discipline: five real tasks, every single day, for 75 days straight. Each day you complete one 45-minute workout, follow your chosen diet, drink your water, read 10 pages, and take a progress photo. Do all five before midnight and the day counts. The point is not the tasks — it is doing them without negotiating with yourself for 75 days.
In Hard mode, missing any task on any day sends you back to Day 1. There are no streak freezes, no repair purchases, and no editing yesterday — the day ends at midnight, done or not done. It sounds harsh, and that is exactly why it works. If you want an easier on-ramp, Soft mode forgives a slip within limits, and Custom mode (Pro) lets you set your own restart rule.
No — you can run it as a Ghost, just you and the record, and add witnesses whenever you want. But witnesses are what make it real. Link one partner (in Linked Fate mode their miss restarts you too), join a squad that sees every day you log, or drop into a season with a cohort of strangers on the same pact. An automatic ledger records who finished and who restarted — nobody curates their own story.
Yes. The full challenge — five tasks, the midnight rule, progress photos, your calendar and your record — is free. 75 Day Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks Linked Fate partner mode, custom restart rules, deep stats, and watermark-free share cards. The essentials are never locked away.
